INFORMATION TO THE MEMBERS/REGISTERED USERS ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND INFORMATION ON THE USE OF COOKIES

Dear Member, this information is provided by the Association CREDIMPEX ITALIA as Data Controller in relation to the processing of personal data within the Association's activities and through the website www.credimpex.it (hereinafter "Site") .

 

  1. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

The processing of personal data (name, surname, e-mail, password, ip address, bank account details, and any other information that will be transmitted by the Member, also through the Website) will be carried out in compliance with the regulation established by Regulation 679/2016/EU and by the Italian law applicable to the processing of personal data, as well as the obligations of correctness, lawfulness and confidentiality.
The treatment will be carried out for the following purposes:

  • collection of the association request to Credimpex Italia through the form available on the Website and its forwarding to the Association's Steering Committee;
  • management of the associative relationship and related obligations such as collection of the fee, organization of events, study days and associative meetings of Credimpex Italia or other bodies and associations, sending communications relating to the association activities, convocations of assemblies, proceedings under Board of Arbitrators, management of the Peripheral Committees;
  • processing of requests for information sent through the Site contact form;
  • subscription to the newsletter and sending it;
  • registration on the Site with access to restricted areas;
  • photographic and video shootings at events and activities of the Association at local and national level;
  • carrying out studies and research on an anonymous basis (by way of example, to collect aggregate information on the number of visitors and the type of visits on the Site).

Within the aforementioned purposes, the processing is based on your consent, which you can always revoke by communicating to the Data Controller (see contact details below). The refusal to provide personal data determines the impossibility for the Association to follow up the associative relationship.

 

  1. DATA CONSERVATION

Personal data will be stored by Credimpex Italia for as long as the status of "member" is recognized under the articles of association. Subsequently personal data will be deleted.

 

  1. DATA TRANSFER AND COMMUNICATION

Personal data will not be transferred to third countries with respect to the European Union.
Without prejudice to the communications made in implementation of legal obligations, personal data will be processed by the organs of the Association under the statute and may be communicated in Italy to the Authorities or Public Institutions, professionals and companies that provide services and advice (for example in accounting, tax, IT, etc.). In any case, only the personal data necessary to achieve the purpose for which they are collected will be communicated, and this is done in full compliance with the necessary security and confidentiality of the data.  

 

  1. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

With regard to the same data, and at any time, by a simple written request addressed to the Data Controller, also by email or by a delegated subject, you can 
(i) obtain access to personal data to know the origin of the data, purpose of the processing, logic applied to the processing using electronic tools, data categories, recipients (or categories of recipients) to whom they will be communicated, retention period, and their communication in an intelligible form; 
(ii) obtain rectification, integration, deletion of data or limitation of processing; 
(iii) oppose the processing of your personal data; 
(iv) obtain data portability, where applicable; 
(v) withdraw the consent at any time; 
(vi) propose a complaint to a supervisory authority.
It is understood that the photographic and video shootings at the events and activities of the Association at local and national level are owned by the Association and therefore the same will continue to be kept on the Site and / or in the documents of the Association for association purposes , also in the event of a request for cancellation or opposition formulated by the interested party pursuant to the first paragraph of this article 4.
